Welcome to Day 1 of the Countdown to Confetti of October Mini 2020 Release over at Reverse Confetti!! I am so glad to be part of the release celebration as a ‘Fetti Friend this month! This Mini release includes three stamp sets with coordinating Confetti Cuts and a Gift Card Holder cover panel die. Sep 09, 2017 Reverse Confetti sketch #52 It's been a long time since I've done any paper piecing. I think it may have been quicker to simply color the sweet little fox using my Copic markers. Hello Stampin' friends! I'm popping by with a card that I made for the Reverse Confetti SFYTT # 54 I also used Confetti Camera - Confetti Colors.I wanted to finally ink up this exclusive set that was released last year for the Simon Says Stamptember event for Reverse Confetti.
Next, I used the So Super Confetti Cuts to die cut all of my images. I then used the Stitched Note & Frames Confetti Cuts to die cut my red frame. This is a great set of frames, I love the width and the stitched detail! The stamps are from the Lift Me Up stamp set by Reverse Confetti. I stamped the giraffes on pattern paper then just added some color with some copics. The balloons are from the Congratulations Dies by Reverse Confetti. I wanted it to look like the smaller giraffe was holding the balloons so I used the Congratulations stamp set to stamp the string.
I just recently received my very first order of Reverse Confetti stamps and I have to tell you..they are SO cute!
Therefore.. I am finally able to participate in the monthly sketch challenge at Reverse Confetti.
Here is the sketch for February. I know that I am cutting it close but I am still in time. :)
I am using that simply adorable stamp set called Cured. Those little piggies are just so cute. And the fact that I live on a small farm and hope to keep pigs one day..well..it was meant to be.
I started with a standard A2 white top folded card and added a panel of pattern paper from my scrap bin. A layer of white cardstock over top cut with a stitching die followed and then another smaller strip of pattern paper and a scalloped circle.
I stamped the piggies on a scrap of pink pattern paper, coloured up their toes and nose and then fussy cut them out. (Alas, I do not own the coordinating dies as yet). I popped them up for a bit of dimension and then added the sentiment on a hand cut banner with a twine tied button.

And there you have it. I know that I am going to love using these stamps. I simply cannot believe their cuteness!
I will also be entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge for this week.
Thanks for stopping by to visit and leave me your comments. Cheers.

Hello, crafty friends!! Welcome to Day 1 of the Countdown to Confetti of October Mini 2020 Release over at Reverse Confetti !!
I am so glad to be part of the release celebration as a ‘Fetti Friend this month! This Mini release includes three stamp sets with coordinating Confetti Cuts and a Gift Card Holder cover panel die. The Peace Tree stamp set, which was the free gift with $60 purchase in September Release, is still available as the freebie set! After two sneak peek days all the new goodies will be available for purchase on October 8th!
*All the links to the new items will be active on the Release day.
I have a card to share with you today which I made using Cookies & Milk stamp set along with the coordinating dies and the Gift Card Holder Cover Panel. die. The critter friends in the Cookies & Milk stamp set are so cute <3 !
I started off by stamping the two animal friends enjoying their sweet snacks on a watercolor paper. Four trees were stamped in black on a A2 sized Bristol smooth paper panel after masking when needed. One extra tree was stamped separately. I colored the images using Karin brush markers and Mijello Mission Gold watercolors. I drew the decoration on the Christmas tree and colored them with neon gel pens. The critters and the extra tree was cut using the coordinating dies.
I masked the trees in the background panel and ink blended the sky in Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks and splattered white ink on it. I then cut the panel using the Gift Card Holder Cover panel die.
I silver heat embossed the sentiment from Seasonal Say It All stamp set. This is an outlined sentiment. I colored the letters in light blue and purple.
I adhered the panel on a white cardbase the corners of which were rounded. I then added the Christmas tree and the critters using some foam tape as shown in the picture.
